Consultations provide practical advice and next steps. They don’t include guaranteed outcomes, specialist legal, tax or regulated financial advice, research, extensive document reviews, implementation or ongoing support — those can be scoped and quoted separately where appropriate.

Sessions are held by video call, phone, or in person at an agreed Melbourne location — the same price either way. Additional travel is quoted and agreed before it is incurred. Prices are one-time payments in Australian dollars, plus GST (added at checkout); there’s no subscription, no surprise surcharge and no automatic credit against future work. Consultations are provided by ESG&I Pty Ltd (ABN 19 674 234 158), registered for GST.

Booking note

Payment secures your consultation service; the appointment date and time are confirmed separately by email. If we cannot agree a suitable time, or your enquiry falls outside my expertise, you’ll receive a full refund.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Life happens. You can reschedule once at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice, or cancel for a full refund with at least 24 hours’ notice before your confirmed appointment. If you miss a session without notice, we’ll work it out together case by case.
